Hello, Nairalanders. I am looking for land to lease for farming in the following places- Ikorodu e.g places like Imota, Isiu, Agbowa, Salabo, Aleke town and adjoining areas. Other areas I am looking for land to lease are

1. Ijebu ( Towns in Ijebu areas )
2. Areas of Ikorodu e.g Ijede, Mowo Nla, Igbe, Oke-Eletu, Baiyeku, Igbogbo etc.

If you have unused plots or acres of land in these areas I have mentioned above, please call or whatsapp me.

How much for leasing or renting the land? Serious people should call me. Scammers should stay away. Thanks.

Mobile Number: 07049598500.

Updated 23/3/2026.

I still need the land for lease. Please get in touch with me. Thanks.

Hmn. Don't worry. Bogije is not the ideal place for farming for me. Cheers. Besides, your price is too steep for me. There are far cheaper lands for lease than that in the areas I have mentioned. Cheers.

Don't mind him. He thinks I am stupid. After all the bush clearing that will be done. He does not know I am current with prices. Cheers.

Their ridiculous charges is a sign that they know nothing about farming. If they do, them suppose pity farmers small. If he's leasing an acre for 200k, can a farmer realize a gross sale of 200k from selling a fresh corn from one acre in the South?
If the land has a thick vegetation, land prep (clearing, packing/burning,ploughing,) alone can gulp up to 100k per acre. Cost of treatments/maintenance: herbicides, insecticides, seed, etc all of them dey there.
If not for the current inflation in the price of farm products/ food, few years ago, a ton of cassava sold less than 20k and u can only get an average of 7ton of the tuber from an acre.

Noted, Sir. Please answer this question- is the land having big trees or will it be easy to clear it? I don't want thick forested land that will cost a lot of money for clearing. Thanks.

You have a point sir.
Apart from high cost of clearing, it is difficult to clearing such a land this time around. It is best cleared during the dry season.
Rain is fully commenced when it is difficult for the stumps to dry and burn. And stumping and packing are bite difficult this time around. That's my concern too.

Have you gotten the land yet?

If not, reach out to me let's talk. I have 5 acres at Imota, but I'm not renting out all of them. I have immediate plans for 3. Reply with your phone number or email address.

Edited:
I can see you posted your phone number on the thread already. I'll reach out to you.

I am still looking for land for farming in the Ikorodu area: Imota, Agbowa, Salabo, Isiu, Aleke town etc. If you have a fenced unused plot of land, please get in touch with me. Even if you have a structure on the land and you have uncultivated space in front and at the back of the building and the building is at foundation level, I can still use the space to plant my crop. Contact me on 07049598500. Whatsapp only. Thanks .

Tolu.
