Go to option>>Adv Option>>Simcard, then type MEPD
Check for the status of "network provider" and "service provider"

okay im there and it says disabled but koodo runs on telus towers so it uses MEP 4, i entered the code again but it said code error :S

Thank you very much, but I seem to be having the same problem as the previous poster. It's now prompting me to enter MEP and that I have 9 tries left. It's a Telus Mobility phone.

EDIT: My service provider still reads "Active". I know now that I need an MEP4. Thanks a bunch in advance.

From a tutorial I read which I have d screen shot below! It says from your home screen-->option-->Advance-->SIM card then type MEP or so!

But on my Curve9320, its different I don't see the Advance so I made a screen shot of what it displays when I click on options! Pls from the screen shot what or where should I click!
Pls don't laugh I don't knw it that's why I asked for help and direction!
I'll be so patiently waiting ur reply!
