Why is that because the banks inserted that clause into the student loan, Student loans originate from the USA treasury which is money given to the banks to administer by loaning it to the students the banks make money based on the interest repayment of the loan. Biden is currently in the process of forgiving some students loan with a limit of $50000. Hard to believe but before 1980 tuition at all public universities in California used to be free. Then Ronald Regan was elected then tuition was no longer free. Tell yaa the Conservatives will always find ways to fu*k things up. Just ask someone living in the United Kingdom currently. How they are enjoying the BREXIT they voted for.

Hajj is a very important Pillar of Islam that is obligatory upon the rich and capable Muslims among us.

If you are not rich plus capable it is not obligatory for you to go!

I remember when I was in Nigeria, I was paying heavy tax, close to 200k per month. The day I saw how much tax I have paid over 2 years was when I decided to leave that country.

I'm absolutely fine if anyone decides to get a loan for pilgrimage. That's his/her personal decision. Afterall the loan is not taken in my name or your name.

What I'm concerned about is government using our collective purse to fund individual/personal pilgrimages that doesn't benefit the society. That, I don't support.
