Not so. I don't mean substandard materials, there are materials that are luxury while there are others that are essential, location also matters.

To answer you, I don't think 20mil will be enough to build you that kind of house with that kind of finishing ...

If you already have a land, I believe 20 can build a decent bungalow but I can't tell with this particular finishing here

Prices of building materials and labour are now almost the same in both the villages and cities.
