Please Technician in the house, my Oppo A54 even with fully charged battery, trips off when playing videos on YouTube or any voice note on my recorder and WhatsApp. I have done factory settings, switched the phone off and on, still the problem still persist. I need your advice guys. Thanks 🙏

try changing your battery first... But do not throw away your old battery.

Hmm. Anytime the phone trips off and comes back on, does the battery percentage reduce in a drastic manner or does it discharge normally?

No no not at all, it stays the same.. now I can't watch videos on WhatsApp status of my contacts.. it's frustrating guys, I need advice on what to do

It's not your battery. Wait o I hope you're not using the phone for Whatsapp TV. Try and uninstall the WhatsApp. Go to playstore and redownload. The one you're using is plundering your phone's resources

No, am not using it for what'sapp TV, infact I did factory settings two days ago

I have been told it's a battery problem, pls I want to ask o...can Solar charging that has three battery and with four Big panel damage the battery? For the phone isn't up to three years.

Thanks guys...I finally fixed the phone, I got a new battery replacement and it's working fine now.
