(sign) It takes the grace of God to be firm for good 19 years. okay. Nairaland is one of the earliest social media or blog to be existing during the early 2000s. Actually, i was in primary five when nairaland was invented. I'hv never heard of facebook until i was 13. Therefore nairaland is older than the social media giants(facebook,instagram, tiktok whatsapp etc). And these social media are improving every day. But in nairaland, i cant chat my fellow nairalander privately but to email the user. How many people are using emails? Are we moving forward? What are we still waiting for? This is a concerned user question. I need answers! |

Correction please, Facebook is older than Nairaland. I first heard of Facebook about 1999 or 2000. At that time, the internet was just gaining ground in Nigeria and Facebook was just an avenue to contact lost loved ones not even for chats. Chatting was introduced later |
