So, bank will simply ask you if you were truly the one that signed at the event of irregular mandate/signature? That document has been nullified with the presence of that irregular signature whether or not it was the judge himself that signed it. Even if he signed It, it could have been done deliberately so that he can look for a way out later (he can deny it doesn't resemble his signature).

The very least thing that must be accurate on a court ex-parte order is a judge's signature.
