Even NYSC camping that is done by the military has a shorter period in the East. It is the right of candidates to take the exams under an atmosphere of security.

Imagine your thinking. Do you know since when the examination date had been fixed? Do you know how many students from many west african countries will be writing the exam same day? So, tell me why a rouge/outlaw body like IPOD should choose that same day and you inconsequential lots expect waec to shift the exam.
