What is in the article that does not raise questions?

Is it the fact that Liman gave an injunction on a case that he does not have jurisdiction on? Or that, as they stated, if indeed there is division of authority between the Executive, Legislation and Judiciary, how can a judge rule on a legislative act that abrogated a law and created another one?

How can any Governor be penalized from deriving authority from a law promulgated by the state legislators and duly signed by the Governor of the state?

As you rightly stated, where were these "charge and bail" lawyers when Guadunje ignored all the court rulings to remove SLS?

If you say the removal Bayero is illegal, then the removal of Sanusi is illegal in the first case. If Sanusi removal is illegal, then , the period of Bayero's Emirship is null and void.

As REAL Laywers will say, "you can not create legality out of illegality."

I am APC supporter and I am also from a royal family. I do not and would not support any politician (irrespective of party) that is out to destroy the very fiber of Culture in the name of politics as done by Guadunje.

Everyone has a price after all, even 'Northern Lawyers'...

What court and what tradition, the same ones that have reinstated him again?

Tinubu, a Yoruba man is using style to destroy northern unity! He is using that ugly motherfucker Ganduje to destroy Kano so that he can have a very safe way to neutralize Kano Votes! And Northern leaders are already weak watching him destroy the North.

I think the so called northern lawyers should first of all address the court order disobeyed by the ex-governor when sanusi was removed before before talking about the present one.

Stupid people when Sanusi was dethrone where where you lawyer the man went quietly away for 4 years.

These boys should go and rest. It is over. Where were they when a centuries old institution was bastardised and split into 5! For what? A governor to continue to loot with impunity? The manner at which he created or separated the emirship was not good and partisan. Everyone knew that he intentionally did the partitioning because of the friction between him and Sanusi then. He never did it because he wanted development but to get even with Sanusi, even after many orders were released to stop the partitioning and his dethronement. He vehemently resisted and axed him.
Please where did you read that Sanusi never chosen by the kingmakers? 20 of them were screened and by moral and ethical standard, Sanusis' royal family should take up the royal stool after the demised of the Bayeros' royal family. It is unethical for the son of the demised to mount the throne when two royal families are entitled to the throne.
You guys should stop propagating unfounded lie for political reason. It was the turn of Sanusis' royal family to be emir and the mam chosen was over qualified to be one. Stop spreading lie up and down.

I don't know what they gain in lying up and down for no reason. How would a sane person subscribe to chosen a son of the deceased emir when the emirship is rotated between two families.
I even remember as far back as 2013 same Sanusi said it on live TV that his family is next in line to be Kano state Emir. Aside that, he is eminently qualified by all standard they want to use to measure it.
