Most of the out of school children are non Yoruba having in mind that SW has highest number of migrants in Nigeria.

For positive stats, when the SW is right there at the top, we get to hear how the huge Igbo population helps to boost that

On the other end, when it's negative for the SW, no one remembers how the huge igbo population adds up to the real SW numbers
