Amaechi didn't do anything for South na, that one was busy taking Chinese loans in billions of dollars to fund railway project into Niger republic capital whereas his own Rivers State had no functional train system.

No be the same Wike that during his term unity schools were on strike for almost a year and when he became the acting Minister for Education, polytechnic were on strike for over a year. The record is still hanging on his neck till date.
Please what did he do as a substantive Minister of State for Education and later the Acting Minister for Education?
