This article was written by Human Rights Watch, the international NGO. It is about an Israeli air strike in Gaza in 2021. That air strike is one of the things that Hamas says that it wants to avenge. If you ask the Israelis they would tell you that the airstrike was retaliation for something that the Palestinians did.
