To the ignorant ones, the term richer in this instance is not about the GDP size (of which we have been relegated to 4th position with no hope of regaining number one spot in the next decade) but rather GDP per capita. To get GDP per capita, you divide the GDP by the population of a country, meaning our GDP per capita will be about $1000 or likely less as at now.

Countries are ranked by GDP per capita to show how wealthy a country is. That is the wealth per person as an average. The USA has a GDP per capita of over $75k and Luxembourg has GDP per capita of over $140k

Yet the sad part is they don't have useless runts hailing their worthless klepto political class who have stolen the bulk of the money that is meant for everybody.
