But you can not fault the judgement they gave, it's in line with the precedence already set in judgements involving lawmakers who decamped from the party that gave them the platform to become lawmakers and joined other parties

There is a Court of Appeal judgement coming up next week that is still based on this defection issue. Until then, make we dey observe.

As some of una dey happy with this ruling, I no 1 hear "Our judiciary is helplessly corrupt" when it goes the other way.
