Go the website of any brand you know and go check least rating reviews. They get lambasted often and don’t get people arrested.

As i agree with your points herr , we should also know that those bad reviews are directed to the company for quality re-evaluation as i will call it
, not to the potential customers .

Any customer who took time to make research on any product before purchase and come across such reviews without a convincing response from the company may decide not to buy [ I deh do am ].... not for someone to come on media and start demarketing my product [ i go die there !!! ]
