The riddle didn't say that 1985 and 1975 were the years. So they could possibly mean the time in GMT That is 19hrs: 8min: 5sec. So it also means that younger one was born in 19hrs 7min 5sec. |

you can't tell if one is a genius from a riddle, a riddle is a trick. Logic proves genius not tricks. well, let me offer my own conclusion/solution for the riddle; the one born in 1975 died young unfortunately, but the one born in 1985 is as of today 39 years old. |

This is just english......IN indicates location, hence, 1985 and 1975 are locations which makes it a valid statement. |
