So they could possibly mean the time in GMT

A female egg was conceived in lab(common these days)...it was saved in dish under right conditions...(thats the older brother). Another egg from same female was conceived and gave birth..(That will be the younger brother) and she gave birth in 1975... then 10 yrs later the older bother was placed back into the mother and was born in 1985.
