Most young people are more interested in European matches not knowing that Nigerian Premier matches are actually very interesting and intense .

True but give in to the Northerners as we still have massive crowd turning up to watch their matches over there.
Clubsides like Doma United and Kano Pillars do record massive crowd.

I think if the league can encourage some hotshots in the country, or even abroad to buy up some of the clubs it will begin to attract the kind of attention and money it deserves. If one can remember, the Nigerian music and movie industries used to be as dry as this until we began to go international.
The Saudi League is getting more global attention because of world class players moving there recently.
So imagine if for instance someone like Dangote or a foreign billionaire buys Bendel Insurance and signs up Jose Mourinho or Carlo Ancelotti, along with players like Bukayo Saka, Harvey Elliot, Garnacho etc, the whole league is going to suddenly start bubbling...

Lol there are alot of things to do to make the league to be magnificent but the people in charge with the average Nigerian mindset won't allow it.
They like embezzling funds and would run it dry.
Imagine a club like Rivers united who got more than a billion naira from playing in African Cup competition are having their players going on strike.

Just win CAF, have friendly matches with Euro teams and don't lose with big margins, maybe 1 or 2 goals. Also try win club world cup.
