The act of Yar'Adua to solve the militancy by just throwing money at militants like it's confetti is the reason we have the commercialisation of terrorism in Nigeria today.

The killer herdsmen and bandits, IPOB are all waiting to be settled, everyone wants a political solution and that lingo in Nigeria means "give them money and a lifetime pardon".
