This is how Tinubu ran Lagos (releasing propaganda to the media, many of whom are under his payroll). Why Tinubu cursed Buhari with the worst Minster of Information in the history of human civilization (Alh Lai Mohammed). Imagine if we wake Dora Akunyili to show her the types of Minsters and Leaders we have in Nigeria today, how she would weep. |

| Re: Nigeria’s Economy Growing Despite High Inflation - Wale Edun by Anatolia: 4:24am On Jun 03, 2024 |
The man is detached from reality. The economy is growing because his family is doing well. His account is growing but the people are dying. |

Forumites:The truth is; he is not a minister of finance. He is just a hype-man for the president. All of them are (from VP to cleaners). Their primary objective is to conceive excuses why everything are failing. I read he was attacking Buhari for why 500 companies packed-up and left Nigeria in the past 11 months. |

Oga edun, the people are the economy, if the people are not growing, the economy will not grow. Increase in oil revenues is false growth if it doesn't impact on life's of people |

I watched Wale Eduns' interview with Seun Okinbaloye on Channels TV today. The Minister put on a very unprepared, incoherent and jittery interview. The interview from the beginning till the end seemed like he came very empty. No action words, no assertiveness, no enthusiasm, no coherence. I am aware that Wale Edun was former Chairman of the Nation Newspaper and a member of the so called " Kitchen Cabinet" & "Lagos Mafia". However, he showed a very low sense of tact & delivery in his articulation on the Nigerian Economy. Even a mentally deranged person, resident in Nigeria knows this is one of the toughest period for a salary earner. The major problem of Nigeria is the economy and he said next to nothing but futuristic promises as usual. It's indeed a shame ! |

Which economy is this fool talking about? Same one the common man can't even meet basic life necessities now? Does this man fully knows what galloping inflation of two-digits range does to a country’s economy? The Federal Government of nigeria seems to be in a repetitive pattern of borrowing and debt servicing, creating what could be described as a financial carousel.
