Also, connect with Federal Character Commissioners from ur state and others ., House of Rep members, Senators from ur state... Don't request for help the first time.. I wish you good luck .. Never give up..

They are all on CONRAISS but go for NOSDRA, they are pushing for salary review which is yet be implemented to be same as those under oil sector.
