Paid by buyer.No body is forcing any one to buy.But if you must..then the buyer pays a fee cos Sellers too are human being,its not mandatory all the time for them to pay from their fixed price.

i never called any1 AI.Just saying put yourself in the owners shoes atimes.Sometx they bare some losses and still settle..naa.. so to avoid all of that after sales drama, i agree with my client on payment.
I also source and buy cars both in Nigeria and .U S and as long as we agreed on price and i am ok i go for it and pay my link to the car.In.U.S its even compulsory at every purchase.
There is No constitution anywhere that only owners "must pay" fee.. Its all about what works for that particular individual or situation.
