That is, getting a court order to ANY BANK IN ANY STATE OF THE FEDERATION to deduct that money and send it to the plaintiff's account.

Now the problem is if the lawyer has or knows any bank account of Nigeria police in any of the banks in Nigeria . Once that is known, he just needs to submit it to the court and the court will order it to be moved without the consent or approval of the police

That is known as the garnishee order

They don't have to give the money in thier account, a garnishee notice will be given to their bank and the money will be withdrawn without the permission of the police. Failure for the MD of the bank refusing to adhere to the garnishee order from the court , a contempt of court proceeding will be brought against him in court

By your statement, all churches founded by Yorubas are fraud? Millions of people of other tribes are attending such churches and are even serving in appointment capacities.
