If that's the situation you find yourself then a honest look in the mirror without embracing the comfort of denial is your only hope.

When Obi said, youths take back your country, the youths remained docile like mannequins.

Future generations will definitely insult us for doing nothing when less than 0.05% of the population held the country to ransom and wrecked it
Take it and give it to who, is PO a youth?

A small state like Anambra almost crumbled under him, you are talking about Nigeria.

A former Vice president (8 years in office)
2 former governors (8 years in office each)

What if every Nigerian who needs change goes on strike to demand good governance

What if we all says it's over for the people in the national assembly

What if we all stand up to this careless disaster of a government

WHAT IF?🤔🤔🤔🤔
The only way is to have a grassroots movement that does more than what ifs.
A political system that takes on the corrupt system.

I'm not an Obidient but the man did show how it's possible to make gains when you appeal to the masses.

Oya, let's go and form our own political party.

Number one rule of joining: you must sign a legal document accepting the death penalty if you are found doing corruption.

Number 2: you must have a day job

Number 3: you must submit to random audits

Number 4: still working out the rest

Oya, let's start our party

They push hunger and hardship to the land so it'll be hard for people to come together to fight.

That is why you see only NLC and TUC heads doing it all. They are well to do already and have some kind of command of authority.

The government knows too well. That's why they use hunger on us. Once it is hard for them to eat, they can't unite to say they have to fight for anything.

We are not running a proper democracy. The voice of the people is much louder than the government in a proper democracy. Not a particular group of people.
You too, come and sign up for our party.

I'm thinking of calling it The Ax Party

No matter the price or then minimum wage, it does. Not really affect the government of the people yeah the way things are. Going up that is what affect Nigeria.. yeah very bad.. and this is going to be bad in the next future.

Youth take back your country means to make sure the way the country is ran is determined by the youths and not few corrupt men.

Stop sugarcoating it, youths have always been the one determining it, the problem is the options to choose from.

Once a president/governor is elected, nobody can determine how the country is run.

There is no sugarcoating here. Look at other democracies, when the government does stupid policies, they come out enmasse to protest until the govt does the right thing.
Here in Nigeria, tribalism will not allow yhe youths forge a common front
