osazsky:It shows you don't follow the Nigerian league from your statement. Sikiru Alimi of Remo stars earns 1.2 million naira monthly and even your state club Bendel insurance and players from Edo Queens earns an average of 250,000 naira monthly. That aside even if they are being paid 50k,what are you doing as a Nigerian to support them so that they grow? |

sylve11:Did you read the news? It's man city that is taking action against the premier League, not the other way round. So, nothing concern arsenal. By the way, Everton and may be wolves had their points deducted earlier in the season when found guilty of wrong financial dealings. When that happened, it didn't have anything to do with arsenal na. So wetin concern arsenal for this matter.? Moreso, if city were to be in Italy, dont you think they would have faced multiple punishments? Example is Juve that even got relegated seasons back. Series A takes those offences very seriously but EPL is not able to decide weather to take actions or not. |

The best form of defense is attack! Rules and regulations are meant to checkmate the excesses of all teams and not limited to Man City alone. This suit against the EPL by MC is intended to make the rules ineffective thereby denying the primary concept of fairness. MC definitely has a lot of skeletons in its cupboard. The guilty, they say, are afraid! @hotseat |

osazsky:No court of arbitration for this one. Just like the 151 charges. Premier league is an association and Man City is a member. So it’s an internal matter Premier league go Vex and apply the full punishment which is Relegation to championship. It happen to Juventus, Rangers and also removal of title happened to Marseille after winning Champions league. |

Lol.. Manchester City are jittery. They want to ensure the money continue to pour in from their sheik owners so that they continue to have unfair advantage over others. From nowhere for 60years until the sheik monies, they have been winning the league with money and want to continue with money. Premier League should stand firm. The deals entered into by the club has to be fair. The club has shot itself in the foot.. ita a shame |

DavSagacity:If they like, they should monopolize it more and win it 10 times in a role similar to the likes of Lyon, P.S.G, Bayer Munich, Juventus, Rangers and Celtic at some point in their respective leagues, although may be boring but as long as they don't cheat or break any rule, the referees/officials can't stop them but cheating or breaking rules to achieve success is what iam against and they should be investigated but should be freed if they are not guilty.
