This was when the demography equate resources. Nigerian structural problem is overpopulation, the country's tapped resource can only cater for 50m people.

This country was on a path to greatness. At what point did we really change trajectory.

OP is very right, NEPA in the ERA of Military regime and government has Helicopter they used for routine maintainance.. On many occasions I came across them along Oloke Meji-Mologede-Ojere, etc all in Abeokuta repairing faulted High Voltages Lines within Ogun State Capital. Military Government is the best in Nigeria
