The most infuriating part of this news is not even the RIDICULOUS project. The most infuriating part of this is the word "donate" in the report.

The fat CRIMINALS in the National Assembly get MILLIONS in Constituency Allowance which is meant to be used for developing projects that would enrich the lives of their constituents.

The CRIMINALS pocket a huge chunk of the money and use peanuts to construct ABOMINATIONS. Then use words like "donate" and "sponsor" to make it sound like it's done out of benevolence.
