a billionaire that couldnt even raise $300m? a billionaire that NOBODY wanted to borrow him money to pay his $300m fines because all his "assets" are heavily borrowed against? all these paper billionaires sef... so are you saying that because a person is a billionaire, we cant point out their failure and scam to pretend that they are worth $4 Billions while on paper they dont even have 300m and are technically just millionaires.
