You are not in Nigeria if you are you won't ask this question because it happens all the time.

The DSS arrested a top terrorist, placed him in their death roll and someone amongst the DSS released him after an order from Abuja has been given to obliterate him. Guess what ? This miscreant just cut short the live of two young men over the weekend by severing their necks from their body and you believe we have security in Nigeria?
