Av been an ardent reader of posts on this platform, though I hardly comment on issues,just read n pass most times,also don't knw if this is d section I shld post this
Now d issue here is this,I have a case that has been decided in court in my favour(though it lasted for almost 2yrs),and d defendant has been ordered to mk payment back to me(refund payment actually)to d tune of #2,050,000,and that he shld pay me #200k every month till his done with it,and this took effect Dec last year if am not mistaken,but as I type now,d defendant only made payment twice for Feb and march this year,and has not done any other payment since then let alone reaching out to me,pls house wat shld I do to get my money back from him,can he be rearrested since he has not kept to d judgement of d court as instructed?lawyers in d house I need ur input on tjis mater pls,thanks as i await ur honest advise here

He can be rearrested but this time, make use he give you different post dated checks per the months. Once payment for the month one June is made, you give him back the check of June. If he fails to make payment for July, you tender the check at the bank and it will be bounced back as a Daud check. Then he will definately go to Jail for that.

Arrest him again. Then stand on check pattern.
