Why do I have this feeling that OP is an agent of one of these Chinese loan sharks defaming a fellow country man over inability to repay back a loan.

On that note, your best bet is to report him to the appropriate authority

I wish I saw this earlier. I employed him in 2024 into 2025 he did the same to many people in our company.

This is a face I will never forget. He has a habit of stealing, is highly manipulative, and always full of excuses. He may appear calm, but his actions say otherwise. He has done this to me, my colleagues at work, and even to my boss who genuinely cares about his staffs.
He needs to be disciplined before he goes about duping others.
Truly a shameless and untrustworthy person.
