The snake is cross breed... Thats python or cobra had sex with echu miri but that's not my problem. My issue here is why you wanted to avoid people by all means.

I only know of one snake that isnt venomous and thats a python 98% - 99% of snakes are venomous so dont play!!!

1. It looks malnourished
2. This is NOT a type of snake that would or could eat 36 million naira

I know it's a type of cobra but it's more like forest cobra.
I've killed this several times. The longest was over 2 metres long. They love to eat chicken and eggs.

Yea the first time I encountered one was at a poultry during my Nysc. The red markings underneath is a dead giveaway. It’s a west African spitting cobra.
