As far we continue to need to use billions of dollars to import electrical power plants, transformers and other power materials, instead of being able to manufacture them here in Nigeria, we'll continue to hover around 5000MW. |

It's a failure of black people, not just Nigeria. Black people have low technological output and it affects every aspects of their economic and development ambitions. The future do not even look bright. I foresee our neighbours Arab and Europe agreeing to share black world again and enslave them. |

Paystack:Who is rubbing shoulders with who? You need to look well. Nigerian guys are rubbing dicks on South African girls pussssies and big Yansh, including the married South African women, and that is where the hatred is coming from. |

| Re: South Africans Mocking Nigeria Generator Problem by Max24: 9:21pm On Jun 07, 2024 |
gistray:While I accept that there is a lot of corruption in Nigeria I believe we need to be honest about ourselves and do an unbiased analysis of the problem and cost is an important factor in this. |

Max24:There's no unbiased analysis here. The fact is self explanatory, 58k mw for 61k people as against 5k mw for over 200M people. Nothing to deliberate here. Maybe you are part of the crop of people mismanaging the Country's wealth ![]() |
| Re: South Africans Mocking Nigeria Generator Problem by Quintessence44: 12:48am On Jun 08, 2024 |
Paystack:Countries like Egypt and South Africa have been seeing development for nearly 2 centuries, even under their colonial rulers who reinvested export earnings into the local economy, as opposed to siphoning 98% of it as occurred in Nigeria and their other black African colonies. Nigeria's first power plant was Kainji Dam in 1964, despite the British ruling and exporting resources for 70 years prior. South Africa's first power plants were built in the 1880s!!! Why? Because the European colonisers saw it as ''their country'' and settled there en-masse due to the climate etc. So they did not loot all the resources and siphon to Europe as they did in the rest of black Africa. Their first universities were built in the 1880s. By around 1940, South Africa was already a well-developed country. That is how Nigeria should have been by 1940 as well, if the British weren't greedy thieves, how much more by 1960, when they left us a BUSH as a country, with 94% illiteracy and zero infrastructure. Nigeria's first full-fledged university was built in 1962, after Independence. First expressway built in the late 1970s. South Africa have had expressways since the 1930s!!!! So Nigeria is VERY YOUNG IN DEVELOPMENT compared to nations like South Africa and Egypt, for valid historical reasons, and these stupid social media comparisons are designed to inflame the passions of the ignorant and shallow majority. |

Nigerians mock others but don’t want to be mocked. South African is also having power issues called load shedding. The power infrastructure is old and needs upgrading. Na white man build am during apartheid. |
