The Ondo State governor is either lying by saying he has not borrowed since his assumption of office, or the Punch is lying by stating the amount Ondo borrowed from January to March as N18billion. <b>Further analysis indicated that Katsina State was among the heaviest borrowers with a loan burden of N20.14bn picked up between January and March.
