How many people dey go into farming these days? The little wey dey go, insecurity no dey let them farm. Who get small land now don dey think of how to build houses or stores or any useful structure. Cos wetin we dey see for land owners eyes, no be here. No much agricultural awareness anymore, it's now tech awareness. Most people want to go into tech and just be making their money (in dollars). Little food to go round for the growing population. These are just "some" of the problems. |

We can overlook indomie, spaghetti etc but you see garri, beans, yam and rice, these are basic food commodities that many Nigerians cannot afford not to have in their homes. The moment the prices of the aforementioned commodities get beyond the reach of the common man especially the 'middle class', government should be ready for a serious backlash. |
