saasala:They should be careful, national grid belongs to all Nigerians and not a few of the NLC members. That was how they misbehaved too much under Oshimole during Obasanjo and they break them into 2. Now, with national grid?? |

By this time tomorrow ,rather than going on strike ,NLC may set another five days ultimatum for Tinubu to finalise the minimum wage. After the ultimatum, another strike may be called |

Blessedarethepe:True, but how? Best way to protest these things are through organised labour unions, but they are rather chasing shadows fighting for about 15% of the people at the detriment of the rest. Public servants torment the people at their duty posts (civil servants and politicians alike). This strike adds to the woes of the helpless masses and has zero benefits to them. At this point of austerity, the best of strike actions should be a collective one that benefits all and sundry, such as fuel, foodstuffs, roads, dollar rates, etc |

Pootle:I am, most of those Small factories had their finished goods piled up, waiting to be sold, cos of less purchasing Power the goods continues to increase, heck they even had to cut down on production too, There are traders who had refuse to restock and open shop, due to low purchasing Power, and they are many, tell me, what is high purchasing power now do to them |

PUNANI01:Let's be realistic, even if we are able to force the politicians & senators to a gross of between 2-3 million naira monthly, Approving 250k would seriously damage the economy with inflation. I am advocating for an equivalent of $100 for now at least |
