As you all know, Martins Amaewhule and 26 others defected from the Peoples Democratic Party to the All Progressives Congress on the 11th Day of December, 2023 and stated that much in affidavit evidence deposed to by Martins Amaewhule for himself and on behalf of 26 others in Suit No. FHC/ABJ/1681/CS/2023 before Hon. Justice Donatus Okorowo of the Federal High Court, Abuja Division. The Suit is still pending in court.

With this judgement, that injuction is no longer valid. This is a final court judgement and not an injuction or order.

who told you all these. They will eventually continue their case with pending injunction against them in the Rivers state high court in Portharcourt. You can't run to a court of equal jurisdiction to duplicate suit when you are bound by a subsisting order.

Fubara should immediately appeal the judgement up to the supreme court. By the time the case will be over, his tenor would have come to an end. It's not a must to be governor for two tenures.
