The country is not breaking but gearing towards what actually worked in the past. They have always made their intention known since the days of Buhari and never hidden this fact.

This is very good.. If we cant move forward as a collective, atleast we can retrace our step and start all over again.. If this is what will Nigeria, every region should embrace it and maybe Nigeria can be salvaged which is what we all want.. Kudos to the SW govs.. Hopefully other step toward growth will be entrenched..

East, West, North or South---if the governors are honest and proactive, each State and region can develop economically beyond this clamour for regional government. You should be happy. This is good news. Since the first coup, the North and the Igbos never mix irrespective of what BAT or No BAT.

In addition, the SW region has never hidden the fact that they wanted to go back to regional government and the North is aware. Yet they helped give power to BAT.

The anthem had been in existence for years. Only that they are just officially adopting it now as south west anthem.
We've been using this same anthem in Ondo state since Aketi became governor almost 8 years ago. I'm also aware it is already being used in some other southwest states too. Ondo Amotekun also use it as their anthem.

That was the anthem of western region under Chief Obafemi Awolowo. The golden age enspoused by the sage is gradually being restored. Proudly Yoruba.
