You forgot to mention the dire situation our country is in. Someone could go to bed tonight and by morning, we'd hear they've passed away. They couldn't even afford the basic food you mentioned.

My fellow Nairalanders, have you noticed the alarming rate at which people are dying these days? Almost 70 percent of deaths now are sudden.

Who has money for suya and shawarma these days? Even a simple stew is beyond reach for many.

don't mind them. That was how they were shouting that egg and milk kill that year and now they are encouraging adults to eat egg.

I have listened to many women and men who are really aging healthy , I didn't hear most of particular about all these so-called killer food

I have an inlaw who never tasted alcohol, sugar and their likes. Today she is seriously bedridden and the doctors kept guessing what she doesn't eat as the causes

You can eat healthy all you want, and exercise mornings and nights. Diseases like cancer can still take you out or you can die in a fiery car crash.
