What kind of snake is this?

If that snake is not killed everyone in that hostel will be unease, I remember when we sighted a snake once under our hostel staircase, it escaped tho, all the girls locked up their hostels rooms, air tight, and when to live with their boyfriends, we the guys just dey carefull, no sitting outside at night, in fact, we dey lock hostels corridor door by 8pm. Until the fear gradually fade away.
