Though he is very useless as a friend as none of his friends has benefited from him even though he his on 2nd term

It is #150k _#200k and they are not given any official vehicle, my father in-law is an SSA.

You are correct.In Oshiomhole govt special assistant earned around #120k and above.Obaseki came and slashed it to #80k.A special adviser earned between #350k-400k during the administration of Adams oshiomhole.I have friends who are aides to Obaseki,and they are very broke.

Never true of Benue state.Aondona Mkor who's special adviser to the governor of the state on research and documentation published his appointment letter sometimes this year and his gross monthly pay went up around 800k.Don't forget a special adviser is a member of the state executive council and their weekly sitting allowance too is that handsome.Note also that they award all manners of contracts to themselves in addition to other opportunities

Advise him to stick to his job. They won't pay him more than 300k. There is no special vehicle for him and most of them are not even engaged by the portfolio they are given.
They will make you special adviser but you are advising nobody.

In most states according to budg it, the pay is hovering around 400k. Then your portfolio and influence can fetch you more.

He need not to resign his present job, he should just apply for leave of absence for the period and when he's done he'll resume if he wants to.
