Considering the rumored minimum wage proposal by each states, it's now confirmed that Labour's have been unrealistic with their minimum wage proposal.

I am still wondering why Labour would be making such kind of proposal without considering both the state and Private sectors.

What's even the % of the Labour workers self compared to workers from other sectors? FG would send executive minimum wage bill to Senate for approval.

Let the focus now be shifted on states if they would abide by it

OP they shouldn't be force on this one let FG hv a proper conclusion with d NLC before passing any bill concerning d minimum wage so they can all arrived at a positive verdict.

Considering the average amounts the states as willing to pay as minimum wage, I think FG should set N55k as the new minimum wage

Consider some states. What's the purpose of setting a basic minimum wage which some states won't be able to meet up with

Lies. Obaseki is paying 40k. The 40k sef no dey complete. He has been paying Edo workers in percentage for over 3 years now
