If you told him (without being condescending OR cocky) the specific reason why you don't like drinking already opened bottles or cans of beer, shandy, or malt before leaving the bar, then that should be sufficient enough.

If your friend doesn't get it, then that's his problem. Aside from my close family members, I wouldn't allow anyone to open a drink for me WITHOUT me being present.

Op you would have politely abi jokingly asked him why he go open your drink , then tell him your tradition forbids someone opening your drink on your behalf, that he should just drink it while you get another bottle. From there, you will know if he did anything fishy or not.

It's a simple matter, if you are richer than he is, then he wants to kill u out of envy but if he's richer than you, either u have something else he desperately wants or he wants to use you to plus up

There are some dudes that like entering someone personal space or personal things. Normally, dat person dont suppose to invade your territory. Those type of friends always want to show their love and care. But they seem to over-do it.
