Dangote is trying but if u ask me, they are very big on PR (or propaganda) than on getting the work done. If the price of fuel is crashed to N200 per litre, you don't need all these noise. |

I don't care if he is making huge money from this project or got the money through shady deals Dangote has really tried for this country it is not easy to construct a refinery People don't want him to succeed which is sad even saudi arabia As a patriotic Nigerian, we should give him all the support and prayers We will all benefit from this venture Imagine buying pms at 300naira/litre in this trying times God bless Dangote God bless Federal Republic of Nigeria |

Why couldn't nigeria build this kind of refinery individually...multinational companies would have 1 used Nigerian leaders against the project..bribing them so it never comes to life...those international agencies lending us money would have been used to threaten us from becoming free from western refined crude...thank God for dangote balls..he took an endeavour that could have crushed him if not for buhari and tinubu and emefiele being used to give him cheap dollars. But my one question is let Nigerians know the foreigners whose investment is tied down to the project directly or indirectly and the percentage of ownership in this refinery cos money/dollars must be returned home . So we can know if it will eventually shore up our reserves or deplete it. |

So many ignoramus on this thread, what's propaganda with a businessman deciding what's best for his business ![]() If he likes, he can decide to start supplying next year...is it not a big shame for a whole country to be waiting at one unelected man mercy. God bless DANGOTE and may He bless Nigeria too. |

The hype around this refinery is totally unnecessary. It won’t impact the economy in any way. It’s not as if he’d plummet the fuel price or anything. Dangote is a business man not a Philanthropist, so let’s focus on what our government is doing with our own refineries not his own . |
