Why handing them over when you should have dealt with them your own way... Sad!

They had weapons and even confessed to have killed several persons but were still granted bail to continue from where they stopped. It is well even inside the well.

Why did you hand them to the so called authorities? The court works with rule and emotions cannot change it. You can't capture a terrorist and take him to court in Nigeria. Doing that makes you a collaborator. There are ways to handle them.

I am totally against jungle justice but what do you expect when all the instrumentality of seeking justice legally are compromised and consistently let the people down, causing the people to lose faith in them? They were granted bail by which judge?? Oga pls name the judge and the lawyers holding brief for rapists & murders, so the people will know who the friends & enemies of Nigeria are!

In a case of murder you will need to establish the identities of those that were murdered, the way they were killed, evidence linking the accused with the killings such as murder weapons and all and also link them with the crime scenes, in some cases they will also need to examine the bodies as evidence....

I don't know what they wrote in the case files, but if I were the one taking them to court as an investigator, they will be charged for terrorism, armed robbery, carrying of illegal weapons, murder, money laundering( because of payment of ransom), kidnapping and any other crime they confessed with their mouth...

I will make sure I try to produce all the evidences to nail them on all charges?

They will claim say dem be vigilante...

Ok so you don't know the rule you're citing? It seems you're unable or unwilling to answer the question. I will just assume the state can just prosecute and jail them under the current laws until someone presents evidence to the contrary. The FG isn't going to break criminals out of prison or say the state can't prosecute them. Lol that make too obvious they work hand snd glove with them. They follow rule of law when it benefits them.
