DonXavi:Any igbo man that invests in lagos after what happened to landmark. May he loose all his investments. Let the ronu idiots invest in lagos. We are not interested |

christistruth01:Listene, nobody is resisting the coastal highway. You decided to diverge from the old route marked for building the coastal highway. Then choosed to do so, without environmental impact assessment(eia). You went ahead and destroyed landmark and other businesses. Then after destroying local businesses, you immediately realised there where telecom cables that will be affected if you continued on that part. If you had done eia you would have discovered these cables, which is the actual reason the roads where marked to be built behind landmark. So you intentionally destroyed landmark and other businesses without continuing on that part. You see, when some of you ordinary yoruba people praise the atrocities of tinubu government, you do not sit and think about the consequences of his actions and the impact it will have on lagos and yoruba people years after tinubu has left office. Buhari is no long in power, and now they are trying to pass a bill that will ban open grazing and perhaps ensure that the fulani do not migrate with there works. You see, everyone is watching. Foreign investors who may have interest in investing in lagos are watching closely. While landmark may have claimed to have lost $200 million dollar investment from that wicked decision taken by tinubu govt. Lagos will loose more than 50x that figure from investor apathy, in years to come. Go and mark this somewhere. |

christistruth01:Don't forget he additionally pumped money into two "Eastern banks" (ACB was one) and they were encouraged to lend money to Ndigbo traders at ridiculously low interest rates just to get the Eastern economy back in its feet. I believes those banks were also (quietly) discouraged from enforcing even basic rules of lending like expecting people to provide any form of security in order to take out loans. All of this time, other people in the Nigerian government were fighting him over those policies and he was having to threaten Gowon that he would resign if those pro-Ndigbo policies were not pushed through. At some point, Ndigbo would do their own version of Ronu and acknowledge the help Pa Awolowo did for them as a people. |

mrvitalis:This guy, sometimes you should think before you type even in the heat of argument. Or at least do some reading on a subject first. Western region started at Jibowu and Ilupeju. Like a typical Obidient, you just plucked 90% out of the air, I doubt if you yourself believe it. Must you continue to argue wildly if you have lost the argument hands down, ah ah. Dem take dat kain tin do you ni? |

dragunov:Please don't mistake "normal" Ndigbo who have a history of two or three generations living in Yorubaland for these keyboard warriors that don't know their left from their right. The ones I come across in real life want nothing to do with the rank imbecility of these Obidients, let alone live with them in Biafra. They will stay put and welcimg Ndi Yoruba will have no problems with that. |

Godfullsam:Igbos themselves are not bad People It is their leaders who are horrendously Selfish and continue to teach Selfishness instead of Self Sacrifice 3 Alaafins were killed battling the Jihadhists One Crown Prince even rode up to his Father to wish him a Final Goodbye before they both died fighting together with Eleduwe the Bariba King at the Warfront battling to stop Jihadhists Somebody like Ojukwu should not have been told before swallowing Correct Majele and putting himself to sleep permanently after he lost the War so Calamitously Sebi Azikiwe his Father took time to explain to him the heavy implications of War and what was at stake and he refused to listen! What does he think he was a General for? Africa is a Rough and Tough Neighborhood and Generals are not permitted to Survive their Lost Wars otherwise it would not talk long for their whole Tribe to go extinct The only thing his people owed him afterwards would have been a Heroic funeral Finished! |

My candid advice to my brothers from the other side. Desist from buying properties in Lagos now because sooner or later the real indigenous people of the land will come back for their land. Nigeria can't be held together for long and the day all sovereign nation exits, they will surely get back their land regardless of how many years it has been occupied. Indigenous peoples land is never for sale. Igbos wont sell their land for strangers or foreigners in their land so why would you buy land in Lagos and think you 've own a property. My candid advice o. |
