Wi-Fi won’t connect to the internet and the e sign keeps showing red tried everything but it won’t still work I even tried changing SIM cards but it keep on showing the red light. Please help me out.

Adjust your sim card properly. I had the same issue and discovered that the sim was not inserted the proper order.
Turn the red side of the sim inside instead.
By mere looking at it, the sim is not properly seated .

Who still use those when phone hotspot works well

You have no data bruh, recharge and go for a plan.

Either you are not inserting your sim properly, or you don't have data again.

Hello good afternoon, please have you been able to connect yours? I’m currently having same issue with the 4G LTE DLINK universal mobile WIFI I got recently (it comes with an airtel sim).

Did you register the SIM
Try register the SIM
If registered make u have data
Make sure you insert the SIM properly
Try other sim to Comfirm if universal or locked I sell router as well

I haven’t registered the follow come sim yet but I tried it with my other SIMs, although the network icon is giving a go signal, I still can’t connect to my phone’s device. When I search on my phone’s device, I get other WIFI devices nearby popping up but my portable Wifi doesn’t.

Visit airtel customer care for assistant they will fix it out sometimes the SIM that come with it don't normally work

I'm currently experiencing this.. I just got the MiFi from Ikeja Airtel office just a month and few days ago.. I noticed the network started showing red.. I reset and it's the same thing.. I put the airtel sim in my phone and it's browsing good... I put my phone airtel sim inside the MiFi and it's the same thing... I don't know if anyone got a solution to this yet

I experienced the same issue. My Airtel Mifi stopped working suddenly and web icon on the device is showing red. What I did was hotspot my phone with the mifi (you don't need it to be able to browse the internet before you do this). Once it is connected, I log in via 192.168.1.1 to access my Airtel Mifi account. I went to Home and toggled the Internet Connect via LTE on, and my Airtel MiFi is now working well. The problem was that the internet access was off through the 192.168.1.1 Airtel account.

This Airtel device no be it at all!
