Should Podcasts Be Censored In Nigeria ? by Smile4mee01(op): 1:30pm On Jun 15, 2024
Just as the internet has its pros and cons, podcasts can serve as a means to educate listeners or as a platform to spark controversy and provoke reactions. In an environment where income is linked to views, likes, listens and subscriptions, discussing the most controversial topics, regardless of their societal impact tends to generate the highest revenue which they may get a part of. Don't forget for every time we listen or watch it, we are the product.

Women have been for the most part the originator of most of these controversies. It makes me wonder if this is why Islam prefers for their women not to be 'Free' in speech.

Women i use God beg you. Your greatest weakness lies in your tongue, while that of a man lies in his hands and between his legs.

"Even a fool who keeps silent is considered wise; when he closes his lips, he is deemed intelligent.”(Proverbs 17:28)

The world does not need to know everything that goes on in your life. learn from Genevieve, Stephanie Okereke. etc

Unfortunately, I expect more of these podcasts to continue to saturate social media, generate revenue at the detriment of its audience who might be naive to why they do what they do.

And also cover them with veil from head to toe instead of these excessive display of nipples and clits.

Would have been a good thread, but you sure spoilt it with neanderthal piggishness, which you should have censored!

Noted. Thanks . I was just stating the obvious. No intention to slander any sex or religion.

You were not stating any obvious, but were just showing ignorance!

Everywhere you look, it is men slandering each other and women (as you did here) more than anything, but you closed your eyes and made up something and claimed it was obvious to you, which is a shame.
