When visionless people or people with no business skills or never had or know how to run a business are elected, you are seeing the effect today- All Lagos state need to do is to provide electricity , maintain the roads and leave the rest with Lagosian.
So many businesses can grow and jobs can be created even if Electricity is 14 hours a day,- no one is even asking for 24 hours - just do 14 or 16 hours a day , and leave the rest to the masses.
Providing electricity is the job of the government, not the masses. They can do better, stop giving speeches and start working.

this is why unemployment is growing and people are growing hunger everyday. everyone think a criticism of the current administration or past administration is anti- Apc this or anti-that. Leadership should be take criticism and make adjustment to do better . He took care of his family , he work hard and a true soil of his soil. Unfortunately he is not a politician but an engineer who work at agrip oil back in the 80s , work hard and retiring peacefully enjoying his time with grand children.

how can you overhauled the Judiciary system? that is very hard to do. With who? Fun facts: Nigeria is not the only corrupt country in the world , there are countries who are as corrupt as Nigeria but are doing better than Nigeria. All Lagos State government need to do is at least try to improve light, that all I am saying.

I am actually from Lagos by the way, you cannot take constructive criticisms. It is bad, Lagos can do better. You cannot tell Nigerians to go back to their land when Lagos is part of Nigeria. As long they respect the laws, and traditions of Lagos in general, they can stay.
