I bought did land 2011 i have a deed of converyance show how the prevoius owner bought from mr A ans how mr A bought from mr b. How b bought from c, while i bought from mr A daughter who has a probate show the land was her inheritance,during d purchase mr c then tag d sells inlegal,we came together and resolveed it in the kings palace with the king signing as assurer and mr c signing deed of assurance too..this native drop a paper from the lawyer addressing me as unknow occupant,i dnt just want to present my documents,i want to make sure such thing to happen again even after am gone..i need lawyer advice or people who has being in such situation before...location is rivers state

Start sourcing a good lawyer.

Go to Rivers State POLICE Command,see the PRO/Iringe koko whatever is the name/whoever is top oga.Present your case with valid proof of ownership etc.Tip them handsomely.


Whatever u do now,dnt involve Lawyer unless 😏 🤔🙄 your lawyer was involved when u bought the land/signed the 📃 🧻 as well.Why? Going to court in Nigeria, nah nightmare/torture. U can as well buy yam/bag rice of rice for the King.. Just do ur background work well.

if it is in Lagos, I can take u around(weekend only) to deal ruthlessly with the worthless thieves.Dnt just buy land and leave it.Start working sharp sharp on it.If h have a Military friend, let them paste MILITARY ZONE KEEP OFF on the 🧱 🧱 🧱 🧱.

Look for JTF and give his family the drilling of their life. The man wants to take advantage of your gentle nature. By the time you terrorize his family, he will behave. Lock him up for months if you can afford it. Let his people come and beg you for his release.

Make them go bring their mopol .. dey look them

You have occupied the land for more than 10yrs so even if you are not the real owner the law says you are the owner now. So don't worry a good lawyer will deliver in court.
